Inner Seasons

Release Your Power
A vinyasa based class adapted to support the menstrual cycle.

We discuss the different seasons, the hormonal cycles and empower you to harness your inner power through different yoga tools & techniques.

As lunar beings the female body also has phases which should be honoured and respected. Through these classes you will learn how to adapt your practice and understand when to rest, and when release your power.
Vinyasa Flow

Power Through Breath
A fast paced class linking movement with breath intended to build up heat in the body and connect mind with body.

The sessions are sequenced using the Amy Carmody Yoga philosophy, and creates a sense of safety within the nervous system allowing the body to feel strength and connection with self.
Pregnancy Yoga

Birthing with Confidence
Pregnancy Yoga can benefit an expectant mother in many ways including;

Classess can be attended following a 12 week scan, and completion of our medical questionnaire.

These classes are designed to support soon to be mums through their pregnancy journey, by increased their sense of proprioception, supporting mindful movement, and calming the nervous system.

We believe movement & breath is beneficial for mum & baby, and we support connection of these to atune to your innate intuition.

We build a sense of community so expectant mothers can prepare for birth and support each other through this next stage of life.
Postnatal Yoga

Embrace Matresence
Matresence is a term used to describe the incredible transformation women undergo when becoming mothers. This period of life can feel overwhelming, stressful and full of doubt. However, it can also be filled immense joy & happiness as you see your little ones growing.

These classes are here to support your physical recovery and help you feel seen not just as mum but as you.
​
We would invite you to join class regardless of where you are in your postnatal journey. However, we do ask for confirmation of a successful 6 week check up with your physician.

Corporate Sessions
Beetlebum can host corporate sessions tailored to the needs of you and your team.

The team can support your business facilitate discussions around supporting women in the workplace, mindfulness techniques and their implementation, or a good old traditional yoga session.
